1. Shipping Policy
A. Processing Time: All orders for Quasi Beauty™ tools are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a notification with a tracking number once your package has shipped.
B. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 business days within the United States.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

C. Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link. Please allow 48 hours for the carrier system to update.
2. Refund & Return Policy
A. Return Period: You have 14 days after receiving your beauty tool to request a return.
B. Return Eligibility & Hygiene: Due to the nature of beauty tools (which come into direct contact with the skin), we maintain strict hygiene standards:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all protective seals intact.

Tools showing signs of use (skin oils, serum residue, etc.) are not eligible for a refund for health and safety reasons.
C. Return Process: To start a return, contact us at contact@quasibeauty.com. If accepted, we will provide instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
D. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt (e.g., check your Gua Sha or Blue Roller for cracks). Contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so we can provide a replacement.
