5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with consumer regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

  • Condition: To be eligible, tools must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in brand-new condition.

  • Hygiene Note: For health and safety reasons, any tool that shows signs of use on the skin cannot be returned.

  • Process: Contact contact@quasibeauty.com for authorization. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is proven defective upon arrival.
